Valentina Longo

I was born and raised in Florence.

When I was a child, I would walk the streets of the city centre with my mother, who would tell me many stories, while taking me to the museums and marvellous churches of this city.

This is how I came in contact with Brunelleschi, the Medici, Michelangelo and the many other characters who madeFlorence so great. I fell in love with my city and, after living abroad to improve my language skills, I came back to Florence and chose to turn my passion into a profession.

I became a tour guide in 2010, and am truly passionate and enthusiastic about my job.

I am honoured and proud to show the beauty and tell the fascinating story of Florence to people coming from all over the world
